Return & Refund Policy – AKE Lighting Pakistan
At AKE Lighting Pakistan, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the electronic nature of our products, the following policy applies:
Non-Returnable Products
All LED headlight bulbs are classified as electronic items and are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
Returns or refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Vehicle compatibility issues
Installation errors or misuse
Physical, water, or burn damage
Voltage fluctuations or electrical faults
Manufacturing Defect Claims
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.
Proof of professional installation may be required.
The product will be inspected and verified by AKE Lighting Pakistan.
If approved:
A replacement will be provided where possible.
If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at AKE Lighting Pakistan’s discretion.
Refund Conditions
No refunds are provided once an order has been dispatched, including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Refunds are only applicable if:
The order is cancelled by AKE Lighting Pakistan before dispatch, or
A verified defective product cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability.
Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or original payment method.
Refunds are completed within 7–10 working days after approval.
COD Orders Notice
COD orders that are refused at delivery or left uncollected are not eligible for refunds.
Repeated COD refusals may result in restriction of future COD orders.
